Exhibition Stall Scheme

Stall Details

• The standard exhibition stand will measure 3m (Length) x 2m (Width) x 8 feet (height)
• Material used: Octanorm Structure
• A fully built up booth comes with three walls, spot lights, one table, two chairs, one electric point, a dustbin and the printed fascia

Incentives:

• For FICCI members: 2 Complimentary delegate passes per stall to the Conference
• Non FICCI members: 1 Complimentary delegate pass per stall to the Conference
• One page Exhibitor profile in FICCI catalogue format included in conference souvenir (distributed to all delegates and speakers)

Note:

• 15% discount for the additional stall
• Last day for registration for stalls October 31, 2011

Stall Fees :

• Indian Universities / Institutions/ Corporates: Rs . 40,000 (INR) per stall + Taxes as applicable
• Foreign Universities / Institutions / Corporates: USD 1800 per stall + Taxes as applicable

• The Exhibition will be inaugurated by the Shri Kapil Sibal , Hon'ble Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Government of India.
• Full payment for the booths to be made at the time of booking.
• Payment can be sent through cheque/demand draft credited in favour of 'Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & industry (FICCI)', payable at New Delhi.
• The fascia is to be provided by the exhibitor at the time of confirming the booking.
